Statistics show that 96% of the population has bad habits that they do not try to solve. There is an extensive list of bad habits, but the most common are: smoking, drinking excessively, sleeping too much, eating in a disorganized and unhealthy way, having a sedentary lifestyle, and drinking drugs.
Psychologists suggest that the first step in eliminating bad habits is to recognize them as a real problem. The person who refuses obviously will continue in the same water. The second one is to be willing to change because this way you will fight with tenacity, until you eliminate completely that bad habit. The third one is to cut the roots. It will take a considerable time to do it, but with determination it is achieved.
In conclusion a bad habit is an action that over time can only avoid living fully for this reason it is our duty to fight against them by initiating the steps mentioned above because by following them correctly we will not only know more about ourselves
